This beautiful apartment is located in Tignale Gardola. Recreation and relaxation at any time of the year, that's what you will find in Tignale. The fascinating surroundings of the plateau with almost endless leisure possibilities is an ideal location on Lake Garda and a good investment. A beautiful location with very good gastronomy and a perfect infrastructure, even in winter, makes Tignale the ideal place for your vacation property.
The apartment is located in a residence consisting of 3 houses and is very quiet, only a few steps away from the center of the village, so you can leave your car in peace. In summer there is a free shuttle bus to the lake. At the harbour of Tignale - PRA DELLA FAM there is a public bathing beach, a small marina, a kite surf school and a bar. The village of Gardola has 2 supermarkets, both well-stocked, a butcher's shop, a baker, pharmacy, greengrocer's shop and many small shops. Very good cafes and restaurants are also here and within walking distance as well as the municipal administration, post office and bank. There is a petrol station in Tignale and a well connected bus network both in the direction of Riva and Saló.
Tignale offers you a wide range of possibilities - motorbike, cycling and hiking enthusiasts, but also water sports enthusiasts and friends of the air and rock climbing will get their money's worth. Your own valuable sports equipment can be safely stored in a lockable room in the residence.
The functionally furnished apartment has a direct entrance and a very large balcony running around the apartment, from where you have a beautiful view of the lake. The central room is the kitchen-living room, here you have the possibility to connect a stove in addition to the existing central heating (gas floor heating). The bedroom is directly next to the living room, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and window, completely renovated about 9 years ago. Another small bedroom is also available, here is currently a bunk bed for 2 persons. The current furnishing was co-ordinated with the vacation letting and is functional. The occupancy rate as a holiday flat was very good, the flat was especially popular with families with children because of the extremely spacious and attractive leisure facilities.
In the apartment there is TV reception with international programs and WLAN available.
The holiday residence, designed in Mediterranean style, has a large outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds, parasols, tennis court, football pitch, children's playground, large sun terrace, garden chess, playroom with table tennis, table football and darts, a coin-operated washing machine is also available. In the common rooms there is the possibility to store personal belongings (cupboard etc.), a locked cellar is not available. For bicycles or sports equipment there is a large lockable storage room which is used jointly.
The apartment is currently used and rented as a holiday flat. The rental income can be viewed. The rental service can still be offered on request.

Thanks to its privileged position - situated on a plateau between Campione and Gargnano on the western shore of Lake Garda - overlooking the entire lake and the splendid opposite massif of Monte Baldo, Tignale is considered one of the most fascinating places on Lake Garda. Medieval alleys and churches of art historical relevance in between cosy hotels, cafes and restaurants. The numerous small shops cover the supply of the community with high quality products.
The municipal territory stretches from the lake to the mountain peaks above the village and thus offers an extraordinarily varied landscape - ideal for any kind of outdoor sports.
Tignale is versatile and always creates new and enchanting scenarios. From the rugged landscape of the gorge of the S. Michele torrent, to the mountain terraces dotted with olive trees between Piovere and Oldesio, extensive pastures with eastern trees, dense woods, wide valleys and steep cliffs, to the lake with its small fishing port and the historic lemon garden Prà del la Fam, which has been preserved and maintained and now serves as a museum illustrating the different phases of the ancient lemon cultivation.

Lake Garda offers a variety of possibilities for lovers of water sports. Numerous sailing schools introduce children and adults to the world of this wonderful sport. For motorboat lovers there are shipyards and moorings in nearby Gargnano.

Roe deer, deer, ibex, golden eagles, squirrels, marmots and chamois are just some of the numerous species of animals that populate the mountain world around Tignale. Discover them on hikes through the nature park.

Sport in Tignale
In addition to water sports, you will find an El Dorado of cycling here. If you enjoy conquering the mountain world by mountain bike, Tignale offers you an immense selection of more or less difficult or technically demanding trails. The landscape is extraordinarily varied, since the area from the lake to the 1900 meters above sea level of the Cima Piemp, Passo Puria, Passo Fobia, Passo D'Ere, Bocca Paolone are only some of the destinations worth discovering.
Olive oil
Hardly any dish is prepared here without olive oil. Therefore the olive farmers here pay a lot of attention to the quality of the oil. The olives from Tignale traditionally come from 100% organic cultivation. Already the ancient Romans planted olives in this microclimate and extracted oil from them. Still today the fruits are harvested by hand as in the past, but are cold pressed directly in a modern plant without storage. The oil from Tignale has an extremely low acidity. The well-balanced taste and velvety scent of the olive oil is ideal for both fish and meat.
Truffles
In addition to the crisp truffle, Tignale also has the excellent black Périgord truffle, the summer truffle and, with a little luck, the Burgundy truffle. A real experience for gourmets Tignale dedicates the first week of October each year to this event.
