The village house was built at the beginning of the last century on the foundations ( vaults ) of the former agricultural estate of the family and was inhabited until a few years ago. The structural condition is acceptable in relation to the year of construction, so after appropriate renovation and redesign the building can be inhabited and used.
The access is through 2 sides - through the access from the street side one enters a hallway, from which there are 2 rooms, one of which was used as a living room with kitchen and has a large, open fireplace. From there you enter the spacious square terrace covered with vines. From here, an external staircase leads to the communal courtyard space. The part of the property belonging to the house includes the house area, a small vegetable garden, a covered annex, which is closed with glass and used to serve as winter quarters for chickens and other small animals. From there you enter a large vaulted cellar in which the old central heating was also housed (this is no longer in operation) another small courtyard room leads to the 2nd vaulted cellar. The place before it and further to the south/west property border is community property. Here are the parking spaces provided and a communally usable garden area.
On the 1st floor of the house is a large bedroom, a bathroom with tub and toilet ( solid fuel bath stove) and another room, which is currently not developed and served as a storage room. From the 1st floor a staircase leads to the undeveloped attic.
